Survey
On-site walk-through of one or more facilities to understand layout, cable paths, comms/power rooms, entry points and operational constraints.
Output: initial sketch for backbone routes, main nodes, camera/speaker locations and proposed control/IT rooms.

Engineering Design
Practical engineering of telecom, security, safety and power solutions, aligned with standards, site constraints and phased delivery.
Output: clear layouts, bill of materials (BOM) and notes on standards/compliance and any consultant or contract requirements.

Field Installation
Coordinated installation of cabling, containment, racks, devices and configurations, in sync with civil and electrical works and daily operations.
Output: neatly installed and labeled systems, organized routes and distributed cabinets ready for testing and trial operation.

Testing & Verification
Acceptance testing for all systems: networks, CCTV, access control, PA/GA, fire alarm, UPS and integrations between them where applicable.
Output: measurement and test reports (e.g. OTDR/Fluke), functional test sheets and confirmation of stable end-to-end operation.

Final Handover & Support
Documented handover including as-built drawings, key configuration baselines, basic user/operator training and post-go-live support options.
Output: signed-off handover package (as-built, reports, access accounts) and a clear channel for future support and maintenance.

How is the site survey carried out in practice?
We agree a suitable slot, then a field team visits your site with available drawings, collects measurements and photos, reviews cable routes, cabinet/rack locations and handoff points, and documents a clear route/point plan with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
How long does a survey usually take, and does it affect operations?
Most surveys take from half a day up to a full working day depending on site size, number of buildings and complexity. Work is coordinated with your team and scheduled to minimise impact on staff movement and live services.
How do you handle acceptance and OTDR testing and link it to documentation?
We use certified tools such as OTDR, power meters and, where relevant, copper/network testers. Each measurement is tagged to a specific cable/run, then compiled into structured test reports and tied to as-built drawings so consultants and owners can review and sign off with confidence.
What support and maintenance options are available after handover?
We offer support and maintenance agreements that can include preventive visits, incident response within agreed SLAs, help with managing spares and periodic health-check reports on the infrastructure as your site grows.
